Shri Rajesh P. Khandwala son of Late Shri Parmanand G. Khandwala, managing director of the company, holds the Bachelors Degree in Commerce and has an experience of more than two decades in capital market activities. He has rich and varied experience in the field of Primary market, Secondary market and Mutual Funds. He is an independent thinker and a measured risk taker with a passion for equities. With his expertise in the field of derivatives, arbitrage and margin trading activities, Shri Rajesh P. Khandwala is taking up the Company to the new heights, growth and success.
Shri Vimal P. Khandwala - Executive Chairman:

Smt Sonal R. Khandwala - Non Executive Woman Director:
Shri Vimal P. Khandwala son of Late Shri Parmanand G. Khandwala, executive director, is a Commerce Graduate with an experience of more than 20 years in Capital Market activities. He has rich experience in Primary Market, Secondary Market, Dealing with Institutional and Non‐institutional Clients, HNIs, Derivatives and Arbitrage Operations, and Financial Management.
Shri Bhavik J. Shah - Chief Financial Officer:
Shri Bhavik J. Shah, qualified as Bachelor in Commerce, ICAI Inter and ICWAI Inter pass, holds position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Shri Shah joined the group in September 2010 and is providing services as CFO of the Company since May 2014.
Shri Durgesh D. Soni - Company Secretary and Compliance Officer:
Shri Durgesh D. Soni is a Qualified Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds qualification of Masters in Commerce and Bachelors in Law from Gujarat University. Shri Soni has joined the group and is heading the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since May 2016.
Shri Rajesh Gopaldas Parekh – Independent Director:
Mr. Rajesh Gopaldas Parekh is a graduate and practicing company secretary (a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India) (ICSI) with 30 years standing in the profession. Mr. Rajesh Gopaldas Parekh has wide experience in the field of IPO, legal, finance, import, export, insurance, administration, corporate governance etc.
Shri Dixit Dipakkumar Shah – Independent Director:
Mr. Dixit Dipakkumar Shah is a graduate and a practicing member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 7 years standing in the profession. Mr. Dixit Dipakkumar Shah has wide experience in the field of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI rules and regulations, FEMA and various other corporate laws.
